Nothing provided by Nexora constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, hold, or trade any digital asset.
3. Digital Asset Risks

4. Wallets and Blockchain Transactions
Certain Nexora features may allow you to connect a compatible cryptocurrency wallet.
You are solely responsible for maintaining control and security of your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, credentials, and associated digital assets.
Nexora will never ask you to provide your private key or wallet seed phrase.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Nexora generally cannot cancel, reverse, recover, or modify transactions once they have been submitted to a blockchain network.
5. Smart Contracts and Blockchain Networks
Nexora services may interact with smart contracts and public blockchain networks.
Blockchain networks and smart contracts may experience interruptions, congestion, software errors, security vulnerabilities, forks, changes in network rules, or other unexpected events.
Nexora does not control the operation or continued availability of independent public blockchain networks.
6. Staking and Blockchain Features
Nexora may make staking or other blockchain-based functionality available.
Participation in such functionality may involve smart-contract, market, network, liquidity, technical, and regulatory risks. Any displayed rewards, rates, or other information may change and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of future results.
Users are responsible for understanding the applicable functionality and risks before participating.
7. Third-Party Services
Nexora may provide access or links to third-party services, including cryptocurrency wallets, exchanges, decentralized exchanges, blockchain networks, infrastructure providers, bridges, payment providers, and other external platforms.
These services are operated independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, fees, eligibility requirements, and risks.
Nexora does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, security, performance, or actions.
8. Exchanges and Trading
NEX may be available through independent centralized or decentralized exchanges.
Any purchase, sale, deposit, withdrawal, or trading activity conducted through a third-party exchange is governed by that platform’s terms and policies.
Nexora does not guarantee that NEX will remain available on any particular exchange, trading pair, blockchain network, or third-party platform.
9. Prohibited Use
You may not use Nexora services to violate applicable law or regulation; engage in fraud, deception, money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other unlawful activity; interfere with or compromise the security or operation of Nexora services; introduce malicious software or attempt unauthorized access; or use the services in a manner that infringes the rights of others.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Nexora’s website content, branding, logos, graphics, software, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Nexora Technologies LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not grant you ownership of Nexora intellectual property.
11. No Guarantee of Availability
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, restrict, or update any part of our services at any time, subject to applicable law.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website, blockchain functionality, smart contracts, or third-party services.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Nexora does not guarantee the value, price, liquidity, availability, performance, profitability, or future utility of NEX or any other digital asset.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nexora Technologies LLC and its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Nexora services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to your use of Nexora services and digital assets.
Availability of a Nexora feature or NEX through a particular website, blockchain, exchange, or third-party service does not constitute a representation that its use is lawful in every jurisdiction.
